To initiate a return, here's what you need to do:
Step One
A printer is needed to print your return label

ONLY 1 shipping label needs to be attached to the outside of the box
All remaining labels and returns forms need to be included inside of the box for all returns.
Step Two
You can use the original shipping box you received from the SKECHERS website, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box, please remove them.
Separate the pre-paid return label from your completed return form at the perforation, include your form with your item(s) in their original packaging and attach the return label to the outside of the shipping box.
Step Three
Drop off your RETURN package to a Swiss Post Office.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
We'll send you a confirmation as soon as your return has been processed (1-3 weeks after the return is shipped).

Our contract with you
How do we accept your order? Your order constitutes an offer to purchase all the products it contains. We must accept your order. If we do not accept your order, no contract is formed. We may, at our sole discretion, decide not to accept your order. Your order is deemed to be accepted when we send you a confirmation email. On receipt of this email, a contract of sale is concluded.
What if we are unable to accept your order? If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you in writing and will not charge you for the product. Delivery charges. Delivery charges are indicated on the Site. The sale price does not include delivery and processing charges. All these charges are added to the amount of your order and are indicated in your basket and in your order confirmation email.
When do we deliver the products? During the ordering process, we inform you of the date on which your products will be delivered.
We are not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control. If the delivery of products is delayed due to events beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and will try, as far as possible, to minimise the impact of the delay. We accept no responsibility for delays due to events beyond our control, although we will take steps to try to minimise the impact. What happens if you don't receive our products? If you are not at home to receive our products and they do not fit in your mailbox, we will leave you a message telling you how to arrange a new delivery or collect the products from a deposit point near you. When do you assume responsibility for the products? You are responsible for the products from the moment we deliver them to the address you have indicated.

Returns
Right of return for purchases made on the Site. For all purchases made via the Site, we grant our customers a right of return for a total of 45 days from delivery of the products. You can return unworn products in perfect condition within 45 days of delivery and obtain a refund by following the instructions below.
Your right of withdrawal is not affected by this right of return and remains valid irrespective of it. This means that, as a customer, you can withdraw from the purchase up to the expiry of the withdrawal period under the conditions set out therein - without complying with the provisions of this right of return.
The right of return granted herein does not limit your statutory warranty rights either.

To return an order and get a refund, download the returns form either by logging into your Skechers account at www.skechers.ch “MY ORDER” or by clicking on the link to your order status that you received in our order confirmation email, then complete the form. Once you have completed the form, please return it to the address indicated in the form. For more information, please see our Returns Policy.
Please use the shipping label to return the order. Please also make sure that you do not remove the labels on the products and that you return the shoes intact in their original box.
It is not possible to return products ordered on the Site to Skechers shops.
Coverage of return delivery costs. We cover the cost of return delivery.
Here's how we refund you. If you follow the instructions above, we will refund the price you paid for the products. The refund will be made according to the method of payment you used. However, as indicated below, in some cases we will deduct a certain amount from the price.
Deductions from refunds. If you exercise your right of withdrawal or return, we may deduct from the refund (excluding delivery costs) an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the products if their loss of value is due to your handling which was not necessary in order to verify their nature, characteristics and operation. If we refund you the price you paid before analysing the products and subsequently find that they have been damaged as a result of unnecessary and improper handling on your part, you must refund us the amount corresponding to the loss in value of the products.
How will I be refunded? We will refund you within 14 days of the date on which we receive the products you have returned. Once the products have been returned and payment made, the contract ends.
Warranty. Skechers S.à r.l. is liable for defects in the products delivered in accordance with the legal provisions applicable in Switzerland. The liability of Skechers S.à r.l., and therefore the warranty for defects, shall lapse if the product is damaged as a result of improper handling and/or use by the customer.
To report a defect, please fill in the form that you will find in your account www.skechers.ch "MY ORDER" or via the link to your order status on the home page of www.skechers.ch and send it to the address indicated on the form.
Our rights to terminate the contract
We may terminate the contract if you fail to comply with these GTCS. We may also terminate the contract at any time, in writing, in the following cases:
Liability for loss or damage
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any loss or damage of any kind, whether or not such loss or damage was foreseeable, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such loss or damage, or the legal basis on which such loss or damage arises.
The aforementioned limitation of liability applies within the limits of compliance with the mandatory provisions of Swiss law. It does not apply to liability resulting from gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part, or to injury to life or limb resulting from our acts or omissions.
Our maximum, sole and total liability, however caused, and your sole and exclusive remedy, however caused, is limited to the amount you paid for the you ordered from the Site.
Force Majeure. We shall not be liable to you and shall not be deemed to be in breach of our obligations or in breach of these GTCS if and to the extent that any failure or delay is caused by an event of force majeure, including, without limitation, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, governmental action, war, invasion or hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riots or other civil disturbances, national emergency, revolution, insurrection, epidemic, pandemic, lock-out, strike or other industrial dispute (whether or not affecting our personnel) or restrictions or delays affecting transport undertakings, inability or delay in obtaining adequate or suitable materials, breakdown of materials or telecommunications or power failure.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these GTCS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in the future. A waiver of any right or provision of these GTCS will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Skechers S.à.r.l..
No third party beneficiaries. These GTCS are not intended to confer any rights or obligations on any person other than you.
Assignment. You will not assign any of your rights or delegate any of your obligations under these GTCS without our prior written consent. Any assignment or delegation made in breach of this clause will be null and void. No assignment or delegation will relieve you of your obligations under these GTCS.
Severability. If any provision of these GTCS is invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these GTCS and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Entire agreement. The order confirmation, these GTCS, the Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy form an integral part of the contract of sale.
Alternative dispute resolution. Alternative dispute resolution is a process whereby an independent body examines the facts of a dispute and attempts to resolve it amicably. We are not obliged to use an ADR scheme and do not currently participate in one.
Other important conditions
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction. These GTCS are governed by Swiss law, to the exclusion of the rules of private international law. Any legal action relating to our products may be brought before Swiss courts.

How do I return an item purchased using instalments with Klarna?
If you have changed your mind, you can return your item(s) by mail. Please note that we do not accept instore returns for online orders. Skechers.ch, orders paid with Klarna, must be returned by mail in order to receive a refund to the original form of payment.
Please check that your return meets our Return policy here. Klarna will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Log into your Klarna account and select “Report a return” to pause your statement. Klarna will adjust your invoice as soon as your return has been processed.
When will my items be delivered if I use instalments with Klarna?

Machine Washable Shoes: Any style with the "Machine Washable" icon shown on the product detail page can be safely machine washed with detergent on the gentle cycle and air-dried, we suggest placing them in a pillowcase or laundry bag before washing in machine. Please wash shoes one at a time to avoid discoloration. Do not place shoes in dryer. For shoes with Skechers Memory Foam™ insoles, allow shoes and insoles to air dry for 10 to 12 hours to ensure the insoles are fully dry. Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains.
Foamies: Machine wash or hand wash according to instructions on product page for style. If hand wash, use cold water and air dry in shade. Do not place in dryer and do not leave out in the sun.
Shoes Not Marked as Machine Washable: To maintain the quality of your purchase of our shoes, we do not recommend machine washing. We suggest the following steps for any minor cleaning to our shoes:
1. Remove excess dirt from the upper and outsole by using a small brush or towel.
2. Create a soapy mixture by combining warm water and a small amount (a few drops) laundry detergent.
3. Dip the brush or cloth into the soapy mixture. Wipe down the affected area. Apply a small amount of clean, warm water with the brush or cloth and brush/wipe off the excess soap.
4. Allow shoes to air dry.
Leather Shoes: Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains before wearing in wet conditions. Use a leather cleaning lotion or spray such as Skechers Athletic Cleanser to clean. Apply a leather lotion or oil periodically to keep the leather supple. Do not machine wash leather shoes.
Suede or Nubuck Shoes: Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains before wearing in wet conditions. Use a suede/nubuck cleaning product to clean shoes. Brush with a suede brush for best results. Do not machine wash suede or nubuck shoes.
Light-Up Shoes: Machine washing light-up shoes is not advised as it may damage the lights. Clean with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth.
Keeping Shoes Fresh: Apply a deodorizing spray such as Skechers Odor Eliminator Spray to keep shoes fresh and odor-free.

INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your contract of sale with Skechers S.à.r.l. within 14 days, without giving any reason. The 14-day withdrawal period runs from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier of the products, take possession of the products ordered or, in the case of a single order for several products delivered separately, of the last product ordered.

Consequences of exercising your right of withdrawal

However, we reserve the right to refuse a refund until we have recovered the products or until you have provided proof of their return.
You must return the products to Skechers, c/o Fiege Logistik (Schweiz) AG, Schützenmattstrasse 71, 8180 Bülach, no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw. The cost of returning the products will be borne by us.
You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the products if this loss of value is due to any handling of the products that is not necessary in order to verify their nature, their characteristics or their proper functioning.
For the rest, Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/FR/TXT/?uri=celex%3A32011L0083) applies, insofar as its provisions do not conflict with the foregoing.
